Origins & Roots Born in Seoul in 1998, Ha Yubin grew up in a household without a television, a restriction that ironically fueled her fascination with the visual arts. At age ten, her first exposure to K-pop ignited a deep-seated passion for dance, specifically drawing her toward the intricate performances of boy groups.
Formative Trials Her journey began in the underground dance scene, where she honed her craft through battles and teaching. This period was marked by a struggle with social integration, leading her to adopt the persona 'Cheshir Ha'—a creative alter ego that allowed her to express herself more freely.
Breakthrough Her reputation as a visionary choreographer skyrocketed through her collaborations with Lisa of BLACKPINK. As the primary architect behind many of Lisa’s iconic dance routines, she became a pivotal figure in the global K-pop movement.
Global Acclaim Beyond choreography, she has expanded her influence into movement direction and acting. Her work is characterized by a deep emotional resonance, often cited as a bridge between technical precision and raw human expression.
Legacy Today, having moved beyond the 'Cheshir Ha' persona, she embraces her identity as Che Yubina. Her philosophy centers on artistic authenticity and the pursuit of filmmaking, aiming to translate her movement-based storytelling into the cinematic medium.
