Origins & Roots H//PE Princess emerged as a groundbreaking bilingual phenomenon, forged through the intensive crucible of the survival reality program Unpretty Rapstar : HIP POP Princess. Representing a seamless fusion of South Korean and Japanese musical sensibilities, the septet was conceptualized under Chapter-I with management partnership by Amoeba Culture. Their inception was driven by a singular ambition: to redefine the global standards of hip-hop infused girl groups by combining sharp lyricism, high-energy choreography, and uncompromising artistic authenticity.
Training & Formative Trials Each member arrived at H//PE Princess through distinct, rigorous pathways across the competitive Asian trainee ecosystem. Veterans of past survival shows such as I-LAND 2, Who Is Princess?, and Universe Ticket honed their craft alongside elite prodigies scouted at tender ages. Hours in subterranean studios, dance academies like 1MILLION and JustJerk, and songwriting bootcamps forged a tight-knit collective capable of self-producing their tracks, penning verses, and commanding intricate stage formations with poise.
Breakthrough & Worldwide Ascension The simultaneous debut in South Korea and Japan on May 27, 2026, marked a seismic shift in the Asian music market, heralded by the release of their first mini album, 17.7. The title track “Stolen” served as their artistic declaration, capturing global imaginations with its intoxicating blend of hard-hitting beats, melodic hooks, and fearless delivery. Music video drops accumulated millions of views overnight, propelling the group onto international charts and establishing their undeniable presence.
Landmark Honors & Global Impact Garnering overwhelming support from their dedicated fandom, H//PY, the group quickly transitioned from survival show hopefuls to formidable chart-toppers. Their collaborative synergy across borders positioned them as cultural ambassadors bridging J-pop and K-pop aesthetics. Brand interests followed swiftly, cementing their status as modern trendsetters who dictate fashion, sound, and attitude across generations.
Artistic Philosophy & Legacy H//PE Princess champions an ethos of self-reliance, creative freedom, and genuine connection. By actively contributing to their own discography—from rap lyrics to choreography—they empower a new generation of artists to take full ownership of their narrative. Their enduring legacy rests not only on chart dominance, but on inspiring fans worldwide to embrace their individuality with unfiltered confidence.
