Origins & Roots Born as Trịnh Trần Phương Tuấn in the lush delta province of Bến Tre, Vietnam, Jack grew up surrounded by the rustic charm and traditional rhythms of southern Vietnamese culture. Coming from a humble family that ran a local bubble tea shop, his early life was grounded in simplicity, hard work, and a deep appreciation for community bonds.
Early Trials & Musical Awakening Before achieving mainstream stardom, Jack cultivated his passion for performance by learning the guitar and diving deep into underground rap culture. His early artistic journey involved gritty persistence, leading him to join the underground rap collective G5R, where he honed his distinctive vocal phrasing and poetic songwriting sensibilities.
The Breakthrough Sensation The turning point of his career arrived with the explosive release of 'Hồng Nhan' in 2019, a track that fused traditional folk instruments with modern EDM and V-Pop beats. This breakout success propelled him into the national spotlight, followed by monumental collaborative chart-toppers like 'Bạc Phận' and 'Sóng Gió' alongside K-ICM, which shattered Vietnamese streaming records.
