Lelush

“Người đàn ông chỉ muốn về nhà.”
“L'homme qui voulait juste rentrer chez lui.”
“El hombre que solo quería irse a casa.”
“只想下班的男人。”
Origins & Roots Born in Ussuriysk, Russia, Vladislav Igorevich Sidorov, known globally as Lelush, led a quiet life before his accidental rise to fame. With a background in economics from the Far Eastern Federal University, he moved to China in 2010, eventually working as a translator, tutor, and model.
Formative Trials His entry into the entertainment industry was entirely unplanned. While accompanying two Japanese trainees to the set of Produce Camp 2021 as their translator, the production team, facing a shortage of contestants, recruited him on the spot. He initially resisted, only agreeing after multiple rounds of negotiation.
Breakthrough Lelush became a cultural phenomenon due to his blatant lack of desire to be an idol. His "poker face" and constant pleas to the audience to stop voting for him backfired, turning him into a viral meme and a fan favorite. His authenticity in a highly curated industry resonated deeply with the public.
Global Ascension Despite his desire to leave, he remained professional, delivering performances like "Therefore I Am" and "Be Mine." He reached the final round, finishing 17th, and gained massive international recognition for his unique, reluctant charm.
Legacy Today, Lelush continues to reside in China, having transitioned into entrepreneurship with his brand KOBMAST IVAROV. He remains a symbol of anti-hustle culture, proving that sometimes, the most compelling stars are those who never asked for the spotlight.
