Origins & Roots Martini emerged in late 2022 as a South Korean project girl group, born from the remnants of the disbanded trot combo LILAI. The group was conceptualized with a unique identity, aiming to blend traditional trot elements with modern pop sensibilities.
Formative Trials The members—Heejin, Seungyeon, and Chaeyun—brought diverse backgrounds to the table, ranging from survival show experience to classical musical training. Their formation was intended to bridge the gap between traditional performance and contemporary idol culture.
