Origins & Roots Formed under the powerhouse agency SM Entertainment, The Grace—originally known as CSJH The Grace (Cheon Sang Ji Hee)—emerged during a transitional era of South Korean pop music, bringing together exceptionally polished talents into a singular elite quartet.

Training & Formation Each member possessed prior training or solo experience before uniting: Lina had already debuted in the duo Isak and Jiyeon, Dana and Sunday had established individual solo paths in Korea and Japan respectively, and Stephanie brought world-class classical ballet mastery from the United States.

The Breakthrough Debuting on April 29, 2005, with their single 'Boomerang', the group captivated audiences with intricate four-part a cappella harmonies and high-octane choreography that set them apart from standard idol groups of the mid-2000s.

Global Ascension The quartet successfully bridged the Korean and Japanese music markets, releasing critically acclaimed Japanese singles and dynamic Korean albums such as 'One More Time, OK?' which cemented their reputation as vocal royalty.

Enduring Legacy Although entering an indefinite hiatus in 2010 and seeing members depart for individual theatrical, solo, and personal paths, The Grace remains revered by music critics and fans as an unmatched vocal benchmark in K-Pop history.
